Papers are invited for oral / poster presentation. Both selection and placement decision by the organizing committee are final. Organizing committee reserves the right to edit abstract for clarity of English. Presenting Author MUST BE REGISTERED for the conference at the time of abstract submission. |

| Format for Writing the Abstract |
|

The abstract should be written in English, typed or printed, in times new roman font and single space. |
| ◊ |
The title of paper should be concise in bold capital letters, size 12, normal and justified to the left. |
| ◊ |
Text of the abstract should be in size 12, normal and full justification. The body of the text should be covering the purpose of the study including introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusions- (max. 200 words). |

Please indicate the type of presentation you would like to have the abstract included in (oral/poster). |

| Best Paper Award |
|
| There will be 2 best paper awards. |
|
| Guidelines |
|
| ◊ |
Contestants should be below the age of 40. |
| ◊ |
The contestant himself should have done work presented. |
| ◊ |
The paper should not have been presented or published anywhere. |
| ◊ |
Certificate from the HOD should be attached with the work. |

| How to submit ? |
|
Online is the preferred method of submission: please fill and submit the abstract submission form at the Website: www.neurotrauma08.org or by mail: please send your abstract as an electronic file on compact disc (CD) [preferred] as a MS world file. (As per format given above) along with a hard copy to the conference secretariat. Multimedia LCD projector & computers will be available for presentations. |

| Best Poster Award |
|
There will be one best poster award. An area of 90 cm (width) X 120 cm (height) will be available for each poster presentation. Presenter has to be available with the poster at the time of inspection by the judges. |
